The Missouri River -Craig Montana

Missouri River Brown .

Despite heavy winds ,snow  and cool spring time temps the  last three days fishing on Montana's Missouri river have been epic. A Big Thanks to Head Hunters Fly-Shop Located  in beautiful downtown Craig Montana ..The All -American Trout  Town. Jonesing for some early season trout fishing,I drove up from AZ and met Darcy , Rob and Darrel on Sunday night. We where under the watchful  eyes of Head Hunters Guides  Ben Hardy and Mark Raisler for two days .Both where excellent .The trout co-operated and ate Streamers ,Dries but mostly B.W.O. Nymph imitations fished 18 inches under small yarn or foam indicators .. the trout  loved it and so did I .
