The Elk & Saint  Mary  Rivers
Overall conditions have been good , the exception is when low pressure cells hit and briefly turn the fishing off , usually this is followed by intense hatches of Green Drakes ,Flavs and Caddis .
On bright sunny days  Terrestrial fishing has been good .
The Bow River
Conditions on the Bow have also been varied , big Browns and Rainbows are still eating Golden Stone Imatations ,hatches of Caddis and PMD's are also coming off.During non hatch periods nymphing and Streamer fishing produces good results

S.W. Alberta
The Rivers and Streams in South West Alberta have been fishing with mixed results .intense thunderstorms have blown out rivers , once the rain -runoff flushes through fishing has been quite good on the Crowsnest, Oldman and River X .Hatches include P.M.D.'s, Caddis ,Yellow and Lime Sallies and on some high country streams Flavs and Drakes .Hopper fishing is also starting to kick in .
