December has been a blur.We have been enjoying the days spent chasing Quail around the Desert and Mountains. Mearns Quail hunting remains tough and many hunters are not seeing any birds at all.But they are there .The Desert birds are their usual elusive selves and hunting varies from day to day.The dogs and I are now getting set for Oklahoma and looking forward to chasing Mr. Bob on the Southern Plains ..stay tuned!  |
