Transfer to the Secondary Fermenter...

Today was the transfer of the Belgian Tripel to the secondary fermenter. No blood, no fouls. Should be ready to bottle in ~ 2 weeks.

Probably going to head over the West Branch Resort to see Paul Weamer at 3:00 pm to try and get my book signed...

 and will definetly be going to see the Fly Fishing Film Festival at 6:00 pm tonight.
